I take great pride in every home inspection I perform. By using me, you benefit from a home inspector that is determined to climb onto and crawl into any space that I safely can to uncover any evidence of possible hidden defects.
As you call around for an inspector, ask if they will walk the roof and crawl into the attic and crawlspaces. I carry a 24′ extension ladder which enables me to walk the roof on over 95% of homes. If I cannot safely walk the roof, it will be inspected from the top of the ladder at several vantage points. Many home inspectors do NOT walk the roof!
I also encourage your presence during the inspection. By being present at the home inspection I can familiarize you with the home and explain my findings as we move through the house.

Qualifications
My background consists of almost 10 yrs of Manufacturing Plant maintenance experience as an Equipment Engineer and a Control Systems Engineer as well as several years of construction experience including the construction of my own home in 2006.
I am an ASHI Certified Inspector and perform all my inspections to the ASHI standards of practice. Click here to verify my ASHI status.
I am PA DEP Certified (ID#2621) for Radon testing using a Continuous Recording Monitor (CRM) which is the EPA recommended testing method for Real Estate transactions.
All Wood Destroying Insect inspections (WDI) are performed by Quest Pest Control, a local fully certified and licensed company with over 20 yrs experience. They can also provide you service after the inspection in the event that any WDI are found.
All water analysis is performed by a local laboratory which is fully EPA NELAC accredited.
I am bound to a strict code of ethics, this ensures quality service while providing important protections. For example, I must:
- Work Exclusively for the Customer
- Follow ASHI Standards of Practice
- Not Perform Repairs on Any Home Inspected

Our service area includes any home in Lehigh County and Northampton County including Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Emmaus, Hellertown, Nazareth, Bath, Catasauqua and Whitehall. In Bucks County, a few of those areas are Coopersburg and Quakertown. We also cover portions of Berks County such as Kutztown, Mertztown, Mohnton, Topton and Boyertown area.
